The staff was helpful with my daughter's dairy allergy. the menu in the grill offered good choices. i found the gym facilities decent. A separate cardio room, weights, and studio were available.
The drinks were pricey. only card payments were accepted. i disagree with this policy. I prefer having the option to pay with cash. the room needed redecorating. The furniture looked tired.

The beds were comfy and provided excellent support. I found the shower water pressure to be really good (it's a small thing, but makes a difference). I appreciated the complimentary coffee and cookies in my room.

Really good stay

My room was well heated and the facilities were excellent. I requested an extra blanket since I like an open window and had turned off the heating to conserve energy (it arrived in less than ten minutes!). The swimming pool was a nice size. SPA facilities were good.
The steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi could have been open a little later on the weekend. They should align weekend hours with weekday hours.
