the rooms was nice and a decent size. there was a good location and i felt okay all time. it had a very pretty and well decorated japanese theme throughout. the bathroom was also a good size.

the bedroom lights was quite subdued. i found the breakfast was disappointing and the coffee was poor. the screen on the window did not block out street lights effectively at night. it let in way too much light in the room when trying to sleep.

The staff were friendly, it created a cute atmosphere. I decorated the room for a birthday and they insisted on cleaning up afterwards, a very nice gesture. The gym had great equipment, so I managed to maintain my workout routine.

The alarm test occurred without any prior notification, which startled us significantly.

Our beautiful room was a good size, it offered enough space for a couple. The bathroom featured high-quality fixtures, the shower was particularly good. I like the comfy bed, safe, well stocked mini-bar and a nice ambience with lighting.

Nina at the concierge was excellent, so I booked dinner through her. All other staff members that I encountered were pleasant. I received warm and refreshing towels upon arrival, it added a touch of luxury.

i stayed in a beautiful room and the modern design blew me away! the bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, a real plus. the hotel provides complimentary prosecco upon arrival and cheese with crackers later on. i loved the little touches!

the food menus felt a bit limited after a few days, i wish there were more options!
