room decoration complimentary upgrade late checkout
Christina at reception did a GREAT job decorating the room with items I provided. She upgraded our room as a complimentary gesture. The staff allowed a complimentary late checkout because our arrival occurred late that evening.

The hotel includes a modern fitness center. Guests have access to complimentary high-speed wifi throughout the hotel, EVERYONE appreciates it. There are also several meeting rooms available for business purposes.

The room was everything was super clean. I found good facilities at the hotel. the breakfast was excellent. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. bathroom amenities were another highlight, the body lotion smelled so good!

attentive staff quick housekeeping quality food nearby attractions
the staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay! the housekeeping team responded quickly when i needed fresh bed linens! breakfast was fantastic, with high-quality food, i appreciated the attention to detail! also the location had several nearby attractions, i found it easy to get around.
The gym was a bit small. It only had a few cardio machines.

a mostly good experience
room size good location japanese theme subdued lighting poor breakfast street light
the rooms was nice and a decent size. there was a good location and i felt okay all time. it had a very pretty and well decorated japanese theme throughout. the bathroom was also a good size.
the bedroom lights was quite subdued. i found the breakfast was disappointing and the coffee was poor. the screen on the window did not block out street lights effectively at night. it let in way too much light in the room when trying to sleep.

Really good Service and Great Amenities
friendly staff nice gesture workout routine
The staff were friendly, it created a cute atmosphere. I decorated the room for a birthday and they insisted on cleaning up afterwards, a very nice gesture. The gym had great equipment, so I managed to maintain my workout routine.
The alarm test occurred without any prior notification, which startled us significantly.

Our beautiful room was a good size, it offered enough space for a couple. The bathroom featured high-quality fixtures, the shower was particularly good. I like the comfy bed, safe, well stocked mini-bar and a nice ambience with lighting.

Nina at the concierge was excellent, so I booked dinner through her. All other staff members that I encountered were pleasant. I received warm and refreshing towels upon arrival, it added a touch of luxury.

Breakfast was of very high quality and available for a fair price. There were various options to choose from, so everyone could find something. The lower restaurant was really nice with friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is close to Old Street Station, the metro is easily accessible. I found this location quiet and calm, it suited my preferences. Many bars and eating places were in the area.

amazing stay!
modern design rainfall shower prosecco arrival cheese crackers
i stayed in a beautiful room and the modern design blew me away! the bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, a real plus. the hotel provides complimentary prosecco upon arrival and cheese with crackers later on. i loved the little touches!
the food menus felt a bit limited after a few days, i wish there were more options!

The breakfast buffet features fresh options and i could order a single hot item. The restaurant's overall atmosphere is so cool and it has a lovely bar with a wide selection of drinks, it's perfect to relax with friends after a long day.
