The buffet was acceptable (nothing lovely though).

The room's air conditioning did not work properly . I reported it, but the staff only provided a fan as a solution. This made the room uncomfortably warm at night. The overall experience did not meet my expectations for a supposed 5-star hotel.

The buffet food was fine. If you cannot find something to eat, I am not sure what you eat at home.

Check-in took OVER an hour at 8pm in the evening, it was awful. The MOST basic things were wrong with our room, it was a complete mess. There was no water, no coffee, a broken door, and the air conditioning did not work properly.
