a stay WITH SOME ISSUES
attentive staff amazing breakfast slow service long wait
i loved how clean the hotel was. ALL staff members were attentive and helpful, EVEN very friendly. i didn't like the first room, but the receptionist spent 20 minutes finding a better one. breakfast was AMAZING.
i visited on august 5th, 2025, hoping to enjoy lunch. the food IS still quite good but the service is very slow. we waited almost half an hour for a simple order.

LOVED this hotel!
immaculate rooms comfy rooms quiet facilities great location
The building has a great location between the old and new areas. Rooms were immaculate and comfy. They restocked the facilities DAILY. The gym has quiet facilities, and the poolside area was largely good. I re-booked for New Year's!!
The light switches were a little confusing at first. It took me some time to figure it out.

The hotel sits perfectly, nestled between the historic old town and the more modern city areas. This positioning gives easy access to both. Both are reachable with only a short walk, SO convenient.

Breakfast was excellent with a huge selection! I also loved the excellent service in every dining area. There were several dining options to choose from. I tried most of them and had no complaints.

The hotel grounds feature well kept gardens. We received a welcome glass of Cava while waiting for check-in. The bedroom size was good, as was the balcony..
The rooftop pool was only available for special VIP bookings.
