serene escape
excellent foodlovely location
i appreciated the excellent food and drink choices offered. the hotel is lovely with a great location. pedro at the shack was very cute and efficient providing drinks and food.
i had trouble getting service particularly around the pool. it felt understaffed at times. i ended up upgrading to access adult-only sections and the pool.

The staff displayed kindness while promptly addressing requests i made via whatsapp. This included quickly bringing extra blankets when needed and cleaning up minor spills. the reception made sure guests enjoyed a smooth process. it greatly added to the experience

the modern room controller managed temperature and lights well. the hotel provided airport transfers and concierge service. an ocean view room provided an amazing perspective since the hotel sits slightly above sea level.

i loved this place! the gym is really well equipped and super clean, i saw fresh towels all the time. the pool area has so much space, it was easy to lounge and chill. i especially enjoyed all the restaurants, the wine was actually really good! i was surprised it wasn't vinegar!

the hotel has a well equipped gym, complete with treadmills and stationary bikes. i noticed it had regularly cleaned equipment and fresh towels were always available, i used the gym a lot.

my room was spacious, the daily servicing kept it immaculate and the mini bar was well stocked. i had a great view from my room on floor five, it looked right out over the ocean and it was so nice!

the staff are super friendly, always smiling, and ready to help with anything. they work so hard. i needed some extra help at one point, and they fixed it so quick!

Check-in was fast. I got a welcome drink. The hotel was super clean, and my premium room was spacious! The room had nice extras.
My room faced the road, and I could hear noise. The pillows were thin, not comfortable, even doubled.

The hotel location was acceptable though nothing special.
The buffet food lacked heat, even at the beginning of service. The staff, at times, seemed disinterested and slow to provide service, especially for drink refills. I also noticed pigeons inside the Kanna restaurant, this added to the list of issues.

the staff at the ginger bar made a great impression. javi always had a double espresso ready even before i asked.
the hotel food disappointed. the hot dishes at the buffet were never hot. breakfast felt chaotic and getting coffee was a struggle sometimes. i suspect those who praise this hotel stayed in the adults-only section, a space costing extra.
