amazing stay

this hotel is super clean clean the bedrooms are beautiful and clean. i found the food to be excellent with plenty of fruits that i love. the staff is courteous and friendly i enjoyed the whole atmosphere.

the soundproofing in the rooms needs improvement i could hear loud music from 8pm to 11pm. it made relaxing in the room impossible even with ear plugs. i requested a room change next day.

the staff were unfailingly friendly they were also helpful they kept the large hotel in ship shape. i appreciated their cute attitude from the cleaning staff to the manager always smiling and polite .

the staff was attentive and discreet! the bathrooms were beautiful. i found parking simple. i appreciated the amazing views and location.

i did not receive receipts for ordered drinks, so i had no record of my spending. i got given the wrong bill during check out. a wine menu per table could improve this.

the staff was helpful. the food choices were good at breakfast and dinner. our room offered a fine view of the dunes. the maids kept our room in top condition each day! taxi and bus access was also very easy.

they said they were fully booked. i came back to the front desk and told them i was changing hotels. magically a second room was offered.

this hotel is very cute and the staff are friendly. staff work hard but they are always smiling. cleaning staff to the manager are always polite. i will return next year.

i had a room on the second floor and paid extra for sea view. i could only see tops of the palm trees. i could occasionally see the sea if the wind moved the palm branches.

The rooms have modern decor. I loved the cleanliness and the comfy beds! The hotel features two pools. The location offers AMAZING views right next to the dunes. Every detail contributed to a romantic experience. It was precisely what I wanted.

The gym was somewhat small. It had limited equipment.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Staff

The staff were very pleasant and polite (I was charmed by their kindness). The hotel offered all the luxuries I expected from a five star accommodation. I especially liked the sea view room I requested. It allowed me to enjoy the afternoon sun. There were also plenty of sun beds and shaded areas near the pools.

My only disappointment was that the evening entertainment started and finished too early. It often clashed with dinner. I feel that a later finish would be better, especially for an adults-only hotel.
