slow room service dated gym equipment

I wasn't happy with several aspects of my stay. The room service was slow. the main pool was colder than I expected. It's true that the gym equipment looked dated. I wish they invest in upgrades to improve the experience .

lacking activities poor food

The hotel did not have enough activities for my taste. The gym lacked heavier weights and a rowing machine which was disappointing. the food was not great. I did expected more considering the hotel's reputation.

The breakfast variety were excellent. Staff goes above and beyond to accommodate all requests. A shuttle take us to medina, I loved it. Spa treatments are luxurious.

The hotel, it felt inauthentic. It has no atmosphere. The building, its huge but feels fake. The food is average.

smooth stay super calm place private pool

the hotel staff ensured a smooth stay. the gardens were well kept, offering a super calm place. the villa featured a private pool. i found it ideal for relaxation.

The bar closed relatively early at midnight. I wanted to stay a bit more.
