I wasn't happy with several aspects of my stay. The room service was slow. the main pool was colder than I expected. It's true that the gym equipment was dated. I wish they invest in upgrades to improve the experience .

The breakfast variety were excellent. Staff goes above and beyond to accommodate all requests. A shuttle take us to medina, I loved it. Spa treatments are luxurious.

the hotel staff ensured a smooth stay. the gardens were well kept, offering a quiet setting. the villa featured a private pool. i found it ideal for relaxation.

The bar closed relatively early at midnight. I wanted to stay a bit more.
