i found the pools very clean and well kept. the animation team was friendly and engaging (i enjoyed their activities). the food was quite good and there was a satisfying variety. (it reminded me of home!)

the power sockets were not conveniently located near the bed in the room i had, somewhat inconvenient. the all-inclusive alcohol selection was limited.

the lack of available charging ports near the beds was inconvenient. i had to plug my phone in a distance away.

The food tasted great. I particularly enjoyed the wide selection available. The staff demonstrated really good service. They were always willing to assist. (I appreciated their attentiveness!).

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the entire week. The aquapark was a major highlight for the kids, offering hours of fun and entertainment. The variety of food was excellent. Everyone found something they enjoyed.

The main pool area became quite crowded during peak hours. More space or better management of loungers would be beneficial.

The hotel featured a well kept aquapark with various slides and pools suitable for all ages, also football courts were available. There were multiple pools including one next to the football courts, it seemed to be empty every time.

Our room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family of four. Fresh water was replenished daily, a simple convenience I appreciated. The room included a sofa bed, this provided flexible sleeping arrangements for our children.

The waiting staff in the restaurant were friendly. They were quick to refill drinks and clear tables. Their attentiveness made meal times more enjoyable. Some staff members serving the food were not so happy.
