Charmed by attentive service

excellent service warm welcome great sense helpful reception

The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay i appreciated the warm welcome i received from everyone. The breakfast reception team had a great sense of humor. Bruno in the spa gave me an very nice massage incorporating sound bowl therapy. Antonio at reception was very helpful with all my requests.

The gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes it also had a selection of free weights and weight machines. The main pool area featured about twenty loungers alongside a shaded section.

mixed feelings about my stay

bad bathroom design toilet door

the hotel room was big, i think this was ok.

the bathroom design was not good, the toilet was too close to the bed with a door that doesnt fully close, it made sleeping difficult and kinda impacted my sense of privacy.

great layout separate sinks rainfall shower

the room was a beautiful one-bedroom suite, it had a great layout. the suite included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, i found that convenient. the architecture of the building had generous public spaces.

the staff at the reception was slightly arrogant.

Absolutely wonderful stay!

spacious rooms enormous balcony beautiful appointment warm greeting

I found the apartments to be on a different level. The rooms are spacious with beautiful appointments. I enjoyed the enormous balcony with a spa bath. The bathroom was equally large and well-designed. The staff always greeted me warmly by name, this.

I noticed one slight issue, there weren't any water bottles in the rooms. The tap water isn't safe for drinking. Guests must purchase bottled water.

Breakfast offers a huge selection. I could order anything I liked. There are continental options with a juice bar. The restaurant staff is friendly and very attentive to all the guests, very important.

short toilet door poor design

the stuff was polite and efficient, i must say.

the room was not good. the toilet door didn't even go to the top, i could hear everything. also, the bath and sinks were right next to the bed. it was not good at all, and i don't know why they designed the rooms like that.
