really good FAMILY hotel

attentive staff daily activities delicious breakfast

I have stayed at this hotel every december for years. the staff is very attentive. They are great with kids. my daughter enjoys all the daily activities. breakfast was delicious. It was full of options.

The pool was TOO cold to use. Lots of people are complaining. tvs didn't work. Generally, there are many little issues. you don't expect from a expensive five star hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay. the rooms were spacious and clean i found. the staff were friendly and helpful. They resolved an issue quickly. i found the pools amazing with slides for kids. i also experienced very good service throughout the hotel.

i noticed the tv constantly went off. it stayed off for hours sometimes. this was annoying when i wanted to relax.

The breakfast selection impressed me with its wide variety. The rooftop bar presented great views and cocktails. I enjoyed the activities, specifically yoga.

Excellent Stay in a Spacious Suite

My family and i loved the spacious suite, it featured a lovely view. The breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed the rooftop bar. It was great. Everything was so easy.

The cleanliness of the rooms varied. We thought this was a slight disappointment. It was something we had to address with reception occasionally.

The room had two bathrooms and a decent-sized balcony. Bottled water was provided each evening. The balcony furniture allowed us to relax and enjoy the views fully, and we could sit there for a long time.

There are great facilities. We found pools, paddle tennis, regular tennis, and a water park available. Sun beds were easy to obtain. The pool area did not open until 09:30am, and this simplified everything .

The staff were attentive. They cleaned our rooms daily and provided fresh water. The team also delivered chocolates in the evening. I feel that every single member of staff helped ensure our stay was special.
