The staff were attentive. They were polite and cute. The hotel location suits couples that enjoy walking. The main beach is a short walk, and I recommend the kayaking and snorkeling experiences.
The all inclusive ends early on the departure date. This is not ideal when you have an evening flight. The service suffers, since half board guests seem to get preference for drinks. I was surprised by this.

The hotel rooms are spacious. The family apartments at the back have a great layout. The main room had air conditioning only. We moved another bed into this room. The pools and the entertainment are EXCELLENT!!!
The beach is a little further away from the hotel, requiring a taxi ride.

The rooms really need some TLC. My room had some questionable stains on the carpet, and the bathroom tiles looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned in ages! I often ended up taking the stairs, even with my luggage.
