a balanced experience
attentive staff events team cold food smoked glass toilet privacy
the staff were very attentive. i especially remember laura from the events team, as she was always smiling. the app functioned well. it helped me book sunbeds and see what entertainment was available.
i found that the food was not always hot. this was something i did not like at all. the smoked glass in the bathroom was a strange choice. you could still see the person using the toilet.

The hotel provides three pools. The lowest one is heated. The activity program is good, offering options for participation. Food choices were diverse. Evening entertainment featured a saxophonist, violinist, and singers. A fashion show occurred twice weekly. Lifeguards helped find available sunbeds after 12 if needed.

the hotel staff was polite and helpful. my room was cleaned daily. the hotel app made it easy to book sunbeds each day. i also checked the evening entertainment acts on the app.
the minibar was not replenished after the first day. i was charged for crisps. a fresh orange juice at lunch also cost extra. i thought this was unusual for an all inclusive hotel.

superb stay
spacious room helpful staff efficient system available lift
The rooms were spacious and clean. i found the staff helpful and friendly. They enhanced my overall experience. it removed any stress about finding a good spot. lifts are available, so steps were never a problem for me.
i did find that getting coffee in the morning at breakfast was sometimes a little slow. it would be nice if coffee or tea was served directly at the table.

The hotel enjoys a really nice setting. It is conveniently close to the sea. there are also many restaurants within easy reachwith plenty of dining options. its location made exploring very easy.

staff members were very attentive, and their service was excellent. the team worked hard to ensure all guests felt valued and comfortable. laura, from the events team, especially stood out with her consistently cheerful demeanor.

Our suite featured lovely views from the balcony. the bed and pillows were comfortable. The pillow menu added a nice touch. i found the room very clean and well kept. it was a relaxing space.
