broken flushing system poor sound isolation

the breakfast buffet impressed me. everything was beautifully presented with lots of choices. it was also very clean.

the flushing system in the toilet was broken. the shower was falling apart. i also found a huge cockroach in the room.

The staff were attentive. I observed attention to detail everywhere. there was a wonderful waitress named lore mirian at their breeze bar. the drinks were amazing at the bar, and the menu was extensive.

The hotel has some issues with cleanliness, i saw some very dirty pool loungers. the restaurant seat cushions were also stained. my room had some dirt when i arrived. I even saw a razor and hair from the previous guest in the shower.

the food variety at the Drago buffet was excellent. i saw a gluten-free section. they even had several milk options. the room had a useful fridge and a lovely balcony. daily cleaning kept everything tidy.

The wi-fi connection wasn't always reliable. It needed frequent reconnecting.

the buffet offered many options daily. it was a good inclusion for my stay.

i was disappointed with the outdated furniture in my room. the door was swollen at the bottom from years of floor cleaning and some curtains had tears. this lowered the experience.

wonderful stay at the hotel

tender architecture amazing buffet food easy access

The architecture seemed a tender blend with the clay coloured stone. the buffet food was amazing. We upgraded to all inclusive and it proved worthwhile. the pools were lovely with a heated one. easy access exists to a wooden beachfront walk, misplaced punctuation.

the wind there is unbelievable i have never experienced wind speeds like it whilst laying on a sunbed. weather is not great, cloudy until around 10/11 am and the wind started early, lasted until bedtime. we personally will not be back due to weather.

Our connecting room was clean and spacious. The separate shower and bath, along with two handbasins, provided convenience. housekeeping was great, rooms remained immaculate on each day of our return from the beach, i love it.

the restaurant offered an excellent buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. i could find a really good choice of grilled fish, meat, cheese, and salad. the restaurant staff were attentive and helpful to me.

the hotel features five pools in total across its premises and three pool bars served drinks and snacks. everything was clean, guests mostly adhered to requests about reserving sunbeds, i loved the pool.

The all inclusive option had a high quality of drinks. Branded spirits such as gordons and havana club were available. draught beers included heineken and cruzcampo with a solid selection of cocktails.

Excellent Stay, Spacious Rooms and Fun Entertainment!

really good staff spacious room various food

This was my second visit. The staff shows professionalism, and kindness. Loredana at the Plaza bar helped me throughout my stay. The rooms are large and clean. The adult activities has a sunset DJ. Maria of the entertainment team does Sup Yoga and Hydro running.

The room included a king-sized bed and a seating area. It also had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The private balcony offered views of the pool. It was furnished with two chairs and a small table.

The hotel has several pools, all with plenty of sun beds. There are gorgeous bamboo umbrellas near the pools. The gym has modern equipment and large windows with views of the gardens. I saw many options of food.
