wonderful stay
spacious wardrobe separate bathtub super clean housekeeping
this time i booked a citadel beautiful resort view. the room included a spacious wardrobe and a safe. the bathroom had a separate bathtub and a shower. housekeeping kept everything super clean.
the wi-fi was sometimes slow. it made it a little difficult to stream videos.

breakfast had a wide selection of fresh fruit and pastries. the restaurants offered diverse cuisines. i particularly enjoyed the seafood at el mirador. the food was AMAZING!!!

cramped pool area impolite reception staff
The hotel was nice. but the pool area felt a little cramped. It restricted access to other pools. i asked to use the mirador restaurant pool, but they refused, though it was empty. the spa was also disappointing. It was too small, and there was no proper relaxation area. there were only a few shaded loungers outside and the turkish bath was too hot. the reception staff was impolite. They were unhelpful. we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

attentive staff friendly staff excellent food
the staff were attentive. karim and duvan were great. they looked after us really well. the food was excellent.
the location felt a little secluded. it was a distance from nearby towns. i needed a car for any trips.

the breakfast was varied with fresh options. i saw a huge selection every morning. verona, verde mar, and el mirador restaurants were a must for dinner. i enjoyed each very much.

amazing resort amazing attention michelin-starred restaurant
The grounds feature amazing resort design extending from the golf course to the sea. staff members displayed amazing attention to detail. the michelin-starred restaurant offered a fine meal. I specifically recommend m. b. i spent an entire week on the hotel and enjoyed every amenity.
the hotel could improve signage. it was easy to become lost within the building due to a lack of directions.

The hotel is set in a beautiful spot near the coast. It is a perfect escape. the lush landscapes and serene environment enhance the overall experience, allowing relaxation and a peaceful visit.
