i stayed in a beautiful front sea view. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the complex has several pools, a gym, and nightly entertainment.
the pop up bar was in a windowless children's entertainment room.

I found the staff polite and accommodating. They addressed every request with a friendly attitude and nothing was too much to ask. The food and drinks, included in the all-inclusive package, featured a great quality and selection. The pool and poolside amenities helped to.

the hotel room was beautiful front sea view, amazing. i saw fine pools (they were heated!). the staff helped me fast. i had excellent breakfast with many options (the croissants were divine!).
i noticed a very slight queue at the buffet sometimes.

The family suite provided generous space for two kids. It featured a balcony overlooking the pool. The family pool was heated. Staff members like noemi, sofia, rocio, roberta, and fernando were helpful and friendly. red level access proved worthwhile, offering added benefits for a relaxing stay.

direct access quiet zone excellent selection
The hotel provided direct promenade access on the sunny side. I enjoyed the quiet adult-only zones. Freshly cooked fish had an excellent selection. Evening music created a great atmosphere.

i stayed red level AS a couple. the staff were top class i wish to highlight mohammed and damian. josie in nami was great carlos in the bar area was really good kimberley in the new rooftop bar was fantastic.
