I stayed in a beautiful gold room for several nights. The breakfast selection tasted great and offered a MASSIVE variety. The kids club seemed fantastic, and my children loved it. The general vibe and decor were also great.

Check-in lacked much information about the hotel. The app also did not provide things such as the shuttle bus. The room was ok, but I would not rate it as 5-star. The furniture and fittings seemed quite tired and could use replacement.

The room in the Silver apartments was excellent. The hotel granted my request for a ninth-floor room. It featured a fine ocean view. The large terrace included all 5-star amenities and a jacuzzi. The food selection was varied and DELICIOUS!!! There is a fantastic rooftop terrace on the sixteenth floor.

Check-in lacked information about the hotel. App and in-room guides also lacked information on things such as the shuttle bus. I got info from past guests online.

The room had comfortable beds and a great shower. I encountered no noise. The rooms were spacious. You could find options for activities and the food choices were decent, from sessions in the buffet to a la carte.
