Decent stay, some drawbacks

I stayed in a beautiful gold room for several nights. The breakfast selection tasted great and offered a MASSIVE variety. The kids club seemed fantastic, and my children loved it. The general vibe and decor were also great.

Check-in lacked much information about the hotel. The app also did not provide things such as the shuttle bus. The room was ok, but I would not rate it as 5-star. The furniture and fittings seemed quite tired and could use replacement.

the platinum double room was modern. it was also spacious. the breakfast selection had many delicious options. the rooftop bar on the 16th floor offered an amazing sunset.

The room was modern. I had new bottles of drinking water every day. The rooftop bar on the 16th floor offered AMAZING sunset views!!!
