the gym do include a nice selection of equipment to sweat, which i find completely adequate.

I must say, the drinks were somewhat of a letdown. The cocktails tasted suspiciously like they came from pre-mixed cartons, and the liquor tasted cheap. also, they serve drinks in plastic cups near the pool. I do believe they could invest in some reusable plastic alternatives, it is not eco-friendly.

The rooms were spacious they were also kept very clean with towel art. The food in the buffet restaurant was improved from previous visits. The Krystal and steakhouse were excellent.

Reserving sun beds is an issue people put towels down the night before. Reception staff were rude they did not listen to what I was saying. The pool situation involved a large family moving beds and chairs without respect for other guests.

The hotel boasts direct access to the beach. There are MANY pools . I found the staff attentive and willing to help with any request. The rooms are spacious. The hotel staff work hard to maintain everything.

I did find it difficult to secure sun loungers by the pool. Guests seemed to reserve them early! This made it a bit challenging to find a good spot. The hotel should manage this better.

The buffet restaurant offers a VERY wide selection of food. There is also a selection of restaurants providing diverse culinary experiences. Fresh ingredients were used, and the presentation was always appetizing.

The hotel benefits from its beachfront position. Guests have easy access to the sea for swimming. Nearby attractions can be reached with a short taxi ride. This location is ideal.

unfulfilled requestwatered down alcohol

i encountered multiple service failures. an iron request i made went unfulfilled for 72 hours. bar staff seemed to complain about limiting shots, and the alcohol often tasted WATERED down.

the staff provided a warm welcome and escorted me to my double room sea view by mini golf cart. my room was of excellent quality with modern amenities.

There were too many cats on the restaurant terrace. This made some guests uncomfortable.

i stayed for several nights and the room was clean. it included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the hotel offers multiple pools and well kept grounds. i also appreciated the good gym with all necessary equipment.

i found the drinks rushed at the pool bar.
