breakfast atmosphere pool view comfy bed unwelcoming staff cockroach presence broken brush

the breakfast had a great atmosphere. it had lots of variety too. the room offered a lovely pool view. also, the bed was comfy. i slept well each night.

the reception staff seemed unwelcoming on arrival. they mentioned being understaffed. cockroaches were present in the room. the toilet brush was broken too.

Really good Stay Details

spacious balcony friendly staff

My junior suite sea view had a spacious balcony. It featured two sun loungers and a table with chairs. Breakfast had a wide variety, and everything was delicious. The staff was very friendly and always helpful.

The shower could have benefitted from a shelf. I would have liked to place my own shampoo there. This small addition would improve the room.

The hotel provides convenient access to nearby supermarkets. Small restaurants are also located in the area. A short taxi ride takes you to a large shopping center, awesome for easy access to many retail opportunities.

The rooms are large. Beds offer great comfort. A shower room and toilet are kept spotlessly clean. I appreciated having a fridge in the room. storage space and a safe.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, which i think they have been the nicest I ever seen. Staff members are friendly and very professional. Reception was understanding. They met my needs completely. Nati in the restaurant is a true asset.
