The location was fine. the hotel was super clean. All the staff seemed kind.
The food quality disappointed me, the buffet lacked flavor, and the variety quickly disappeared. It became quite repetitive and dull, especially over multiple days.

the location was great. it was easy to get around and see the area
i was disappointed that i had to pay extra to use some hotel facilities. the indoor pool cost extra and children could not use it in the afternoon. i think these things should be included

the hotel had good beds for sleeping. hot water was available. we found a fridge and kettle inside the room. these amenities helped us a lot.
