missing doors broken grab rail

The disabled bathroom was not up to par. It lacked privacy because it did not have doors. I found it hard to use the toilet since there was a wall directly in front. the grab rail snapped off the wall when I tried to use it.

The location is close to Flamingo Beach and includes easy access to the promenade. The staff were very polite and helpful. My room included coffee making facilities and a coffee machine.

There seemed to be a shortage of parasols.

terrible air conditioning sleepless night

the location was perfect. it was just a short walk into town.

the air conditioning was terrible. i turned it down to the coldest setting (18 degrees), but it was still so hot at night that i woke up unable to sleep. i complained twice, but nothing changed.

I stayed in a junior suite and I found it spacious. The room featured a double sink and a powerful double shower. I enjoyed the mini bar. It was free and restocked each day. The grounds maintenance is the best I've seen with furniture cleaned daily.

I found the air conditioning to be less effective than expected. It did not always maintain a comfortable temperature during the night.

clean room excellent food great staff

The hotel room was very clean and beds felt comfortable. Staff kept everywhere super clean. The hotel restaurants offered excellent food. The restaurant and bar staff were all great.

The hotel air conditioning was inadequate and it was very hot at night. We complained a couple times but nothing improved. This was a considerable issue
