clean hotel rooms convenient location quick staff response limited breakfast options dry sandwich hard sunbed

The hotel rooms were clean and well kept. The location is convenient, close to the promenade. The staff responded quickly to my requests. They provided a mattress topper when I found the bed too firm! They also swapped the drinks in my mini bar for water.

The breakfast options in the preferred dining room lacked healthier choices. The food in the preferred lounge mainly included dry sandwiches. The sunbeds around the pools felt hard and lacked padding!

the staff were friendly enough.

my 'preferred club double room ocean view'... ocean view wasn't much of an ocean view at all, more like a sliver between two buildings. the real kicker was the noise. the music by the main pool blasted all day. i even tried complaining to the front desk, but it was like talking to a wall.

the resort had a convenient location near the beach.

The food options were quite limited for vegans. I found myself constantly searching for dishes without meat or fish, and even then, finding a vegan dessert was a challenge, sometimes only alpro yogurt was available.

Wonderful stay

preferred club spacious room large balcony excellent service

i found the accommodation quite beautiful and the staff quite lovely. the preferred club was a worthwhile addition. our room was spacious and overlooked the sea, a really amazing view to wake up to every morning. a large balcony was available to us and the bed felt very comfortable. the room service was excellent with regular changes of towels and linen.

i found the food just okay, not too excellent in its quality, but we always found something to eat.

The outside pool areas are quite spacious. They also provide a wide variety of beverages throughout the day. there is a large smart tv available in each room, a relaxing feature for quiet moments.

i enjoyed the pools it has two adult pools. a swim up bar exist. the family rooms were big. my stay was from february 8th to 15th, 2025, and it was excellent.
