a balanced experience

the outdoor areas were very well maintained. i appreciated the pools and gardens. there was plenty of staff in all areas. most of them were very friendly and efficient.

the food was disappointing on the whole. i didn't find food that was great. off cuts of meat were present, also unidentifiable dishes. bland pasta was every night.

The hotel had multiple pools to choose from. i found the food choices to be good, with varied options. the staff was always ready to assist with a smile. They were very helpful.

direct access multiple pools

i found a direct ocean access from the resort. the location felt picturesque, especially when spending time near the multiple pools and on the terraces..

the air conditioning did not seem to work very well.

direct beach well maintained pools friendly staff splintered wood dirty floor non functional tv

The hotel location impressed me with direct beach access. i found the pools and gardens well maintained . staff members were friendly and helpful. I especially remember ivan and erik at the sports bar (they were really great!).

The room conditions were disappointing with visible issues. the doors had splintered wood. i noticed dirty floor tiles and grouting, a problem i think should be fixed immediately. the tv in our room didn't work . I think it should be repaired before new guests arrive.
