The gardens were well maintained. the pools were clean with enough sun beds for everyone. the room was spacious and the bathroom had both a bath and a separate shower. I appreciated the double sinks.

i liked the spacious room and the comfy bed. breakfast had many choices, that included fresh fruit and pastries. the pool areas were good with available sun loungers and shaded spots i used.
the air conditioning was a bit warm in my room. i did not find it cool enough for my liking.

the room had tea and coffee facilities, replenished daily, that included milk. my superior double bedroom had a large balcony, a fine view of the three pools. it was very nice to relax there.

I have stayed at this hotel. The staff are AMAZING!!! David remembered my children's names. He made a fuss of them. Luca, the chef, talked me through the buffet options. I tried the gluten-free pancakes for breakfast. They were more like crepes.
The heated pools were not that warm when the weather was cloudy.
