the hotel provided a keycard operated gate. This gate allowed beach access until 11pm. The reception area was bright. I found the check in staff to be very friendly and efficient. The breakfast choices were vast and the quality excellent, i found it to be highly recommended. The pool area was huge with lots of sturdy sun beds.
i found that the hotel refused room service after 9.30pm. This was a surprise for me, as i had not experienced this in a supposed five-star hotel before. I felt that the water and cold drinks needed to be stocked up more often. This was only done once .

the hotel has an enviable position near the los pocillos and matagorda border. it sits just across the road from the beach, offering convenient access. this location provides a pedestrianized beachfront and a dedicated bike lane.

the staff was very helpful and friendly . they maintained cleanliness and presented everything beautifully throughout the hotel. i appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any requests.
