fantastic royal level experience

royal level spacious room healthy options super clean condition

The royal level access was a treat. It felt exclusive. the apartment-style room had built-in wardrobes and a separate bedroom. the variety of healthy choices at the buffet breakfast and lunch impressed me, and the food tasted really good. everything felt super clean.

the royal level pool seemed accessible to everyone, so there wasn't a true sense of exclusivity.

better chef buffet choice

the royal level restaurant provided better breakfasts. chefs cooked omelettes, pancakes, bagels, french toast, and eggs better there. bigger buffet restaurants had more choice for other meals. the resort exceeded my expectations (i was a bit skeptical beforehand).

the olympic pool access would have enhanced the stay. i wished for inclusion of maybe two bookings per trip. instead, i used the main pools, still good.

spacious room modern feel

the room was spacious and modern. it also had a clean and well-equipped feel. the communal toilets near the restaurant needed some repairs. i used the royal level restaurant for breakfasts because the chefs made better omelettes (the pancakes were great!).

i discovered inconsistencies in the royal level services. the reception at the royal level was the worst i have ever seen.

The resort's position is good if you want to visit the island's north.

The Royal Level pool was a free-for-all, so anyone could access it. There was no exclusivity even though I paid extra. The evening entertainment was a letdown. The Royal Level has no dedicated bar or cocktail bar. I found this disappointing.

the breakfast buffet was a highlight with fresh and diverse options. i could also order freshly prepared eggs. my room had a coffee machine and a kettle which was quite convenient. i really liked the daily provision of a bottle of mineral water.

the room overlooked the hotel's main public area. live entertainment made it quite noisy from 8 to 10pm each night. the drinks service in the royal level restaurant was slow at times. i often had to request service instead of it being offered proactively.

I found the food really good. the variety at the buffet was amazing, and the quality stood out. the complimentary mini bar was a great extra, stocked with drinks. the wrist band fob for room entry worked well. I did not have to worry about losing a key.

I found some areas near the restaurant needing minor repairs. It was a very slight issue, though.
