I was a bit disappointed with the room. it was near a service area, so there was a lot of noise early in the morning. also, the air conditioning didn't seem to work properly. The room never really cooled down, it made sleeping difficult. i wish they checked the ac unit before i arrived, i asked about it, but nothing happened.

The hotel's location is very convenient. It's close to the marina with its shops, bars and restaurants. My apartment had great facilities including a full-size fridge and freezer. The pool area is excellent and it always had plenty of sunbeds available.

The room was lovely, but the two single beds were pushed together (it was not ideal).

The location is superb, steps away from the marina. A wonderful path stretches for miles along the promenade. A supermarket is nearby for any groceries needed. This makes accessing local amenities easy and convenient.

The reception gave a very warm welcome and check-in was smooth and efficient. Staff members are friendly and accommodating throughout the hotel. The cleaning service was very good (especially the attention to detail).

The breakfast had a good variety of options for its price. There were several bar snacks available, and they tasted really good. Many restaurants and cafes were within a short walk.

the location seemed ideal with so many restaurants nearby. it was easy to get around, everything close. the apartment was so CLEAN and well kept, it seemed amazing.

the room overlooked the parking lot, a gray expanse. i was also upset there was NO bottle opener in the kitchen, it was almost heartbreaking, aLMOST.

the rooms were clean and had everything i needed. the staff were friendly (especially at reception). the pool area was immaculate and had a heated swimming pool. i would visit berrugo tapas bar in the marina.

i arrived and the room wasn't ready until 3pm. this meant a 3 hour wait. jet2 informed me of building work opposite. builders arrived early and hammered dried cement out of wheel barrows.

i found a lack of sockets in the kitchen inconvenient when using multiple appliances simultaneously. this required constant swapping between the toaster and kettle which was a bit tedious.
