the location was great! i enjoyed the walk into town and the steps back were good exercise. there were also nice local cafes near the hotel. the bedroom and bathroom were a good size and recently decorated.
there was no kettle in the room. i know that when we stayed previously this was not the case and that when we checked online, it stated kettle. a kettle was available at a 3 euro a day charge.

the heated pool was acceptable for a quick dip. it certainly wasn't olympic-sized, but it sufficed.
The 'superior double room' was anything but. it smelled faintly of old gym socks and the wallpaper looked like it hadn't been updated since the seventies. the soundproofing was a joke. I heard every word of the neighbors' argument, and their tv show was the soundtrack to my afternoon.

The hotel had amazing views. I could see the ocean from my room and during meals. The staff were very helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciated their assistance with directions and local recommendations. The food was AMAZING!!! especially the fresh seafood options at dinner.
The gym was a little small. It only had a few machines.
