fantastic stay!

luxury ambiance spacious junior suite good views heated pools

i found the hotel to have a classic, luxurious ambiance with large, open spaces. the junior suite was spacious. the balcony offered good views. i liked the shower with jets. i also appreciated the variety of pools, including several heated options and colder pools for cooling off.

i experienced a bit of howling wind one night. the wind blew through the doors, and i lost a night of sleep because of it.

the hotel offers an elevated position a short walk from the coastal path. a walk to the beach is possible, however, the walk back to the hotel involves a steep hill, cheap taxis are available.

i stayed in a superior room ocean view. the decor was colonial and quite soothing. the terrace was great. the hotel's location is in an upmarket part of town. i walked down to the beach and along a long promenade..

i found the gym small and a bit crowded (.. ) the size did not seem adequate considering the hotel size. the restaurant's gambas were frozen and so were the vegetables. i really did not like that the website wording was misleading, specifically about the spa services.

warm staff immaculate cleanliness amazing pool powerful shower

The customer service impresses me greatly. the reception staff welcomed me kindly and the waiters showed warmth. the hotel maintains immaculate cleanliness. the swimming pools are amazing. i enjoyed the rooftop jacuzzi in my villa. The rooms are huge with quality bedding. the shower's power was excellent. Clarins products eliminates any need for bringing my own.

the hotel is at the top of a hill and walk to the beach involve walking along the top to the roundabout. a gated entry and pathway at the bottom of the site makes it quicker and easier.

the service shines with friendly and efficient staff. reception welcomes guests warmly. i felt the breakfast staff was available and attentive, especially with dietary needs. their responsiveness enhanced my stay considerably.

my room was clean and well maintained. the staff are helpful and polite. the breakfast choices were vast. the pool area always had available chairs.

the hill location might be a small challenge if you dislike walking uphill, though taxis are readily available.

i found the staff to be very friendly. they helped with every request. the breakfast was quite good. i found the breakfast staff accommodating.

the drinking water policy was inadequate. i only received one small bottle of water each day! i ended up buying expensive water at the bar. the evening buffet was not great. the food tasted bland.
