The pools were quite clean. The food service offered many choices at each meal. The gym included several cardio machines.

Restaurant reservations are necessary, that was inconvenient. The evening entertainment was sometimes too loud. The minibar was not restocked as often as advertised, it was disappointing.

my room included basic toiletries and dental kits. the tv had english speaking channels, so it was good. the staff was cheery, and every request i had was met positively.

there was no wine bottle opener in the room. i had to take our bottle to the lobby for it to be opened. also, there was no wine glasses in the room. when i rang for room service, i was told there was no more.

I was actually surprised! the comfortable beds, light rooms, and provided toiletries. I especially liked the shoe polish kits and dental sets. english channels on tv were a bonus, though we were mostly busy with activities, kids loved the disney-themed acts and funfair day. Face painting kept everyone busy. the animation team deserves praise. They kept the kids busy for hours.

A slight issue was the limited sun on the patio for a few hours each morning. It slightly affected the overall experience

The hotel features well-kept pools designed for different age groups. A kids club offered various activities and the view from the infinity pool was beautiful. a gym with multiple treadmills and stationary bikes is available. Its architecture is beautiful.

The buffet restaurant features varied food options. The à la carte restaurants are an option. the buffet dinner changed daily and all inclusive access meant convenient food and drinks. The new year's eve dinner was special.

The staff was attentive and positive. Cheerful maids contributed to the charm. client relations and reception handled every request smoothly. Children are welcomed and loved by all staff. the staff was always smiling and effective

The hotel is not far from the sea. Nearby ordinary restaurants are within a ten minute walk if one prefers to eat out. the express way is easily accessible for island exploration. A big underground parking is available.

We felt pampered. the staff were attentive, and they always had a smile. our room was very clean with very comfy beds. the daisy club was a real hit. My children enjoyed many activities daily. the water park and pools were a highlight, especially for the kids.

room service at night was unavailable. i had to go to the bar to get drinks. this was inconvenient after a long day.
