I just returned from a great hotel. the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet provided amazing food. i went half board to give myself freedom to try other places near. el rincon de maria rosa at los gigantes harbour is great. the place is used by locals. It is the best recommendation.
the entertainment was not always what i enjoyed. the staff are generally attentive and helpful though. i did not enjoy all of the entertainment options.

The main restaurant offered a diverse buffet with themed nights. I saw options such as spanish, italian, and asian cuisine . there was a carving station available each evening and gluten-free options clearly marked. hours were convenient, and there was outdoor seating.

The reception desk provided quick assistance with check-in and check-out processes. daily housekeeping service was thorough. Staff replaced towels and restocked toiletries. i noticed there was turndown service available upon request. The staff were attentive to requests.

My room had a king-sized bed with plush bedding and ample pillows. the bathroom featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. It had plenty of space. the room also included a mini-fridge stocked with water and soft drinks which was replenished daily.

the outdoor pool area featured two pools, one of which was heated, and a jacuzzi. there were over twenty loungers available with shaded areas and towel service provided. i saw the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes along with free weights.

the hotel provides amazing buffet food every breakfast lunch and dinner. my ocean view room was excellent with great storage a make up mirror a lovely shower comfy bed and pillows. the pools are fantastic with plenty of sunbeds.
i just returned from this hotel. the coastal path from los gigantes is right beside the hotel and offered amazing views. alfonso's tapas restaurant across the street made the best barraquitos. the hotel provided an amazing buffet for every breakfast, lunch and dinner. i found lots of variety and fresh options daily.

i just left this hotel after several nights. the hotel is very clean. my room featured great storage and a makeup mirror. the shower was lovely. the bed and pillows were comfy. there were plenty of sunbeds near the fantastic pools.
during my stay, i noticed the quality of food at breakfast was somewhat average.

The food selection was great. I found modern rooms kept very clean. Three adults in one room worked fine.
The outdoor pool area is nice however it has so little spare capacity on its sun beds. Every sun bed is occupied, which results in so many people reserving beds from early morning. When we came down in the afternoon it was very challenging finding two spare beds.

The beautiful room was clean, and the cleaning staff were lovely. The air conditioning worked well.
I found receptionists unhelpful when I inquired about a late checkout. I was told to ask on the departure day. The pool area got crowded, and people reserved sun beds early. Aqua gym and DJ sets by the pool made it difficult to relax.
