mixed feelings about the stay
dreadful food cold dish
the king-sized bed had linen that was always clean.
The hotel food was dreadful in most restaurants except two. Room service was efficient though. despite asking for piping hot meals, dishes were often cold or tasteless. i even got ill following the new year's eve gala dinner.

The breakfast had plenty of choice. Staff were very efficient.
the checkout process included two mini bar charges on my bill. i hadn't used the mini bar at all . the charges were removed but it was good.

the breakfast buffet had many options. beach towels were replaced daily. plenty of sunbeds were available. the hotel has several restaurants with delicious food.
the hotel gym requires a keycard for access.
