i found the staff very polite. the pools are great (i especially liked the infinity pool).

the evening entertainment was sometimes too loud. it made it difficult to relax in my room before bed.

the hotel is located on the beachfront, great. it is also very close to shops, restaurants, and supermarkets so all the essentials are easily available. the bus stop is nearby so travel is easy.

my room was spacious and very clean. the bathroom included a shower. there was a welcome bottle of wine, very welcome after a long day of traveling (it was a nice touch).

the hotel has six outdoor pools, two are very large. there is a spa and gym, which are both excellent. the grounds are beautifully landscaped with plenty of loungers for sunbathing plus there are plenty of spaces to chill out.

The unique pool access was a great bonus. Zoilo provided really good service there. he consistently checked if i required anything and engaged in friendly conversation. i found the overall grounds and architecture of the building excellent, there are numerous spots available for relaxation.

The evening entertainment continued until late. I could hear loud music in my room.

the rooms were fabulous. the fitness centre had good equipment (i used the treadmills).

the restaurant staff needed improvement. drinks service was slow, sometimes taking 40 minutes. some drinks did not arrive, yet i was charged for them.

i was underwhelmed by the level of service. the front desk staff rarely smiled. they seemed inconvenienced by simple requests. i also found the breakfast buffet repetitive. the food quality did not justify the price, it was often lukewarm.

I loved the pool area. It felt very special. i also enjoyed the views from the infinity pool and the lazy river. the lush greenery around the pool was particularly nice for me.

The entertainment ended late playing very loud music into my room. the quality of the shows felt very dated. i also had issues with slow service at the bars. It was hard to get someone's attention.
