mixed experience with some disappointments
missing tiles
It was generally quicker to use the stairs. the pool had lots of tiles missing. This made it less than inviting. i found that replacement coffee pods for the room were chargeable. There were only 4 to start with! i bought my own from the supermarket. This seemed to be a petty cost cutting exercise.

the hotel was very clean and most of the staff were friendly, acceptable..
people queued around the pool to get their first choice of sunbed each morning. the pool was also shallow at both ends, so there was only a small deep area where everyone gathered. this made it hard to swim and quite crowded.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast had lots of choice and was very nice. The luggage was brought up to our room promptly. I found that service quick.
The pool area was cramped! sun loungers are packed very tightly together. Our space was reassigned after only a 10 minutes absence. The general atmosphere among guests felt unwelcoming.

the staff were attentive to every need i had. the food was good at the buffet. the massage i got was excellent.
the all inclusive wasnt all inclusive. anything outside some basic cocktails wasn't included. the minibar was not included and some items in the cafe are not included.
