mixed feelings about the stay
decent viewsmisleading claimbuffet food
the location was acceptable , with decent views of the surrounding area.
the all-inclusive claim was misleading. upon arrival , the staff assured us multiple times that drinks and meals were included , but it turned out to be a mistake in their system. i had to pay extra for drinks and the buffet , also , the breakfast buffet was not very good , sausages were more like hotdogs.

Our room had a large balcony. I could sit there with a beer in the late afternoon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food had great variety to choose from.
The hotel restricted us to two bottles of water per day (one per person). I believe humans should drink more in hot climates like Gran Canaria. The restaurant sometimes made us wait 20 minutes for a table.
