Wonderful stay with excellent service

excellent food helpful staff night show

The breakfast and dinner buffets featured the best hotel food I have ever had. I appreciated the variety and quality of the well-cooked options. Reception staff provided excellent service, and David was especially helpful. The night time shows, from circus acts to Flamenco stars, gave us great enjoyment.

The hotel had multiple pools, each offering a slightly different experience. I liked the variety. the buffet breakfast was extensive. It had many choices and fresh options. the evening entertainment in the central plaza was a highlight. It created a vibrant atmosphere. the location was excellent. Shops were within walking distance.

I noticed some tiles missing in several pools. This needs some attention.

the staff are very nice and helpful here. the food was good with excellent quality. my room was very spacious with great views of the pools and mountains. i found parking under the hotel. it was free because i had a car.

the pool areas need some maintenance, i noticed missing tiles. the pools weren't as clean as i expected.

the hotel is close to a quieter area. it is only a short walk to the shops, restaurants, and bars. the hotel offered amazing sunsets. there is also a lovely walk around the hotel grounds.

my room was spacious and well equipped. the beds were very comfortable. bathrooms need better attention given hairs in places which they shouldn't be. i opted for an upper room for quiet.

the hotel has six swimming pools, providing plenty of choice. the resort includes a mixture of saltwater and heated pools, near the sea. the back gate opened onto the sea side promenade which was flat and wheelchair friendly.

buffet breakfast offered a huge selection with great quality. the buffet dinners also had great value, offering hundreds of drinks and foods. meal times can be like cattle markets if you arrive at the wrong time though.
