mixed experience with concerning policies
non-refundable balance extra parking
the hotel operates a peculiar system. i had to prepay for a hotel account to receive a discount, but the remaining balance was non-refundable. furthermore, i found it astonishing to be charged extra for parking. it is especially annoying when my hire car sustained damage in your car park. the front desk staff didn't follow up after i reported it.

I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness. Everything sparkled! the staff were very friendly and always ready to assist. the rooftop bar provided amazing panorama views and i visited the gym every day. the pool area was great for relaxation. it was a great trip.
the door slamming was a little annoying, and the tiled corridors amplified the noise! this was a slight disturbance early in the mornings.

helpful staff rooftop bar amazing cocktail unvaried breakfast lacking variety unavailable iron
the reception staffs, they were so helpful at arrival. sven and alexander greeted me with kind smiles. the drinks had prices that hit like a sweet serenade and the rooftop bar had such divine cocktails, they was amazing. the atmosphere had a romantic feel to it.
the breakfast wasn't varied enough. there was the same foods available everyday. it becomes a touch boring after a few days. i had requested an iron but never received it. the explanation given that the hotel had none felt quite limiting for a place of its supposed class.

the breakfast had a wide variety. yoga lessons took place near the pool each morning. i noticed a dj played on the roof terrace during the weekend.
I had to pay extra for car parking. my rental car got damaged while it was in the car park.

the breakfast buffet included eggs, crepes, yogurt, cold cuts, fruits, and pastries (a very diverse offering). i appreciated the budget available for dinner, which i could use for various menu items. dishes included fresh fish, pasta, burgers, steak, and salads.
