broken lifts expensive parking

the food had variety.

The lifts were a real issue, frequently out of service. It made getting around this hillside resort unnecessarily difficult. the lack of free water in the rooms felt cheap, especially since you can't drink tap water, it seemed like a blatant money grab. finally, the parking situation was a nightmare. Finding a spot near the hotel was nearly impossible, and paying extra for the underground parking added insult to injury.

nice views friendly staff many steps limited menu wine dispenser machine problem

The location offered nice views overlooking the beach. the staff were very friendly. there were lots of steps. It helps me to stay in shape..

The all-inclusive drinks menu seemed quite limited. the wine came out of a dispenser. the machine was empty sometimes. It took a long time to set the dispensers back up..

mixed feelings at this resort

broken elevator bathroom mold

the elevators were a true gamble , you never knew if they'd actually work. i swear, i spent half my vacation waiting for one. our room needed some serious attention. there was visible mold in the bathroom , and honestly , that's just not acceptable.

balanced hotel stay

clean room very nice view excellent food remote location limited drinks broken lift

i found the room very clean. the views from the balcony were very nice.. i enjoyed the sound of waves at night. the food choice was excellent and the evening entertainment was fun.

the location is remote based on a large hill. not all drinks were included. you had to pay extra for some things. the lift on our floor did not work.

great food many choices amazing team

the hotel had very good food. the restaurant offered lots of choice. the entertainment team was amazing and very hardworking. they put on shows every night.

the air conditioning in the room didn't work very well.
