the food had variety.

It made getting around this hillside resort unnecessarily difficult. the lack of free water in the rooms felt cheap, especially since you can't drink tap water, it seemed like a blatant money grab. finally, the parking situation was a nightmare. Finding a spot near the hotel was nearly impossible, and paying extra for the underground parking added insult to injury.

The all-inclusive drinks menu seemed quite limited. the wine came out of a dispenser. the machine was empty sometimes. It took a long time to set the dispensers back up..

i swear, i spent half my vacation waiting for one. our room needed some serious attention. there was visible mold in the bathroom , and honestly , that's just not acceptable.

I found the staff very attentive. They ensure areas remain tidy. The views were something to behold from my room. It was beautiful and a relaxing experience.

The room needed upgrades. The furniture looked old and worn. Some fixtures were also loose.

i found the room very clean. the views from the balcony were very nice.. i enjoyed the sound of waves at night. the food choice was excellent and the evening entertainment was fun.

the location is remote based on a large hill. not all drinks were included. you had to pay extra for some things.
