i found the hotel very clean throughout my stay the staff were consistently friendly and helpful the breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh options daily my room was spacious and well equipped with amenities i needed the location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. the junior suite pool view was great. the room was cleaned every day which i really appreciated.
the walk back from the seafront required going uphill which could be challenging for some guests the evening entertainment was limited

my junior suite pool view included a comfortable bed a seating area and a balcony overlooking the pool area it also had a fridge and a coffee machine for convenience i found the room very spacious and well maintained. the shower worked perfectly.

the hotel has a heated pool and a jacuzzi pool available there were also plenty of sun loungers and shaded areas around the pool i noticed the pool area was very clean and well maintained. the staff maintained it daily.

I stayed for three nights. The room had lots of storage space, and a fridge kept my drinks cold (always a plus!). Cleaners worked hard to keep everything super clean. Breakfast was great. The fresh fruit, cooked options, and pastries made it the best I have experienced in a holiday resort.
The jacuzzi wasn't heated. I was unable to enjoy it , disappointing.

The staff at reception was friendly and helpful with directions. The restaurant team worked hard to ensure all guests were looked after, especially Sam. Daily water refills were available in the room, a very thoughtful touch.
