The hotel breakfast was superb. It was fresh, varied and plentiful. I found the shuttle service to the town front useful. The staff were extraordinarily polite. They were helpful too.

I had a little problem. I had agreed with housekeeping on cleaning. We had our dog with us and had to take it out for this. We came back hours later. The room was still not cleaned.

The hotel is kept very clean inside and out. Staff provides amazing service in all restaurants. The outdoor spaces featured a high standard. Breakfast included fresh, varied, and plentiful options. I appreciated the shuttle service to the city front. The staff was extraordinarily polite and helpful. I found the pool area relaxing and attractive.

I had a slight problem, the parking was very exigu.

the breakfast was acceptable with sufficient variety.

The room's interior seemed a bit dated. It definitely showed signs of wear. our room wasn't cleaned until late afternoon. the staff, while friendly, seemed understaffed and overworked. service at the pool was almost nonexistent. We had to search for a server each time.

the hotel offered a free shuttle to the town center. it was quite convenient and ran frequently. my room, the beautiful double mountain view, had a spacious bathroom. i found a lot of storage space for my clothes and shoes. i especially liked the cleanliness throughout the hotel. everything looked like it shone.

i thought there was not enough parking available for hotel guests. i arrived and there was no porter or valet parking service. that was a little bit inconvenient.
