wonderful stay with minor hiccups

fresh fruit friendly staff palm tree

the breakfast buffet offered great variety. i especially liked the fresh fruit selection. the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. the garden with palm trees provided ample shade. the hotel's proximity to the ocean and beaches made it easy to take walks. i was able to easily reach the bus stop, located within walking distance.

the light switch in the bedroom wasn't working, and the maintenance person wasn't able to fix it effectively.

the dining room and pool bar staff provided excellent service. some staff members went out of their way to offer personal assistance. the overall level of service contributed positively to the experience.

the pools are beautiful i think. our premium room had a private jacuzzi, i liked it a lot. breakfast was good, it had fresh fruit and excellent coffee.

parts of the building feel a little worn, especially the wet floors in lifts.

Really good Stay With Amazing Staff

friendly staff excellent service cute attitude

I found the staff very friendly and efficient throughout the hotel. The service provided by the dining room and pool bar staff was excellent. Samuel, Camelo, and Kika went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. I was grateful for their attention to detail.

The gym equipment showed signs of wear, with some machines needing maintenance. I hope this area gets some attention soon.

The room had good beds, ample space, and an amazing view from the balcony. A table was available on the balcony, and a bath was also located there. I found these features very nice.

The hotel setting is wonderful with all rooms enjoying a fine sea view in a peaceful location. Sunbeds were always available. It was nice to relax on the grass overlooking the sea. I especially appreciated this.

Food was top standard with different themes available each evening. There was always plenty of freshly prepared food with something for everyone. Breakfast was available until 11 am each day. I found the extended hours convenient.

amazing stay, great facilities

helpful staff breakfast buffet clean rooms

The staff was helpful. the breakfast buffet had Many options. the hotel location was nice. the rooms was very clean. It was a dream for a relaxing stay. The pool area had spaces under palm trees. The gym included good equipment.

during our stay, the changing period of towels are not enough. the room felt old and uncomfortable. plugs were coming out from the wall. many bugs were on the make up desk in the room.

the pools are Very large, with sunbeds, mats and towels included. Guests can sunbathe by the pool or on the large lawn with sea views. A shower service, a children's area and a gym are also available.
