Excellent Hotel Experience!
cute staff spacious layout clean hotel
The hotel staff provided a genuinely cute service! The room had a spacious layout with amazing beach views. curtains opened automatically. The hotel spa experience was among the best I have ever had. Every area of the hotel was clean. An amazing perfumed smell permeated the space.
The lifts moved a bit slowly, and it took a while to reach upper floors.

The gym includes modern equipment, such as three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The spa provides multiple treatments, like massages and facials. The pool area features about 20 loungers and a shaded spot! A bar on the 17th floor offers amazing views.

The hotel staff members are polite and professional from arrival to departure. Staff responded quickly to requests, such as providing extra padding for the bed. The check-in process was smooth, offering a welcome drink upon arrival! All members of staff are cute and friendly.

The breakfast buffet features a wide selection of food, like eggs and smoked salmon. The omelettes were tasty! The food quality was consistently high at the main restaurant. Drinks were reasonably priced, and the pool bar was very nice!

incorrect programming long wait
The breakfast was EXCELLENT and fresh with good quality. There was plenty of choice.
The lifts were frustrating. I waited ages. Programming seemed incorrect. Sometimes a long wait happened. Two or three lifts came at once. This slowed EVERYONE down.

dust accumulation inconsistent restocking
I anticipated better service for a five-star hotel. my room was not cleaned thoroughly. i noticed dust accumulation in corners and on surfaces. the bathroom floor also had some grime in the grout lines. the mini-bar restocking was inconsistent. Sometimes items were missing or expired.

Acceptable Stay with Notable Deficiencies
slow restaurant service broken air conditioning
The service in the restaurants was notably slow. It sometimes took 20 minutes to be seated and another 20 minutes to receive drinks. The organization seemed poor with food not replenished quickly and a lack of available plates. The air conditioning in my room also failed on the first night , made it very uncomfortable
