the location was acceptable it was near shops.

i found some real issues in the room we booked initially the air conditioning did not work for the first three days even after reporting it repeatedly and seeing an engineer twice a refund promised by one staff member was not honored upon departure also a cockroach in the room was unsettling it was a really unpleasant surprise.

I chose the half-board option. The food had a great variety. The restaurant staff were attentive. The hotel provided a fresh bottle of water each day.

Our room was on the ground floor. I wanted a proper balcony. The sunbed situation was not well managed, in my opinion. reserved sunbeds early in the morning.

the pool area met expectations with comfortable sunbeds available. it seems someone actually thought about lumbar support, imagine that.

The room i got was a standard twin. it was basically a glorified box. the soundproofing was nonexistent. I heard my neighbours cough, sneeze, and probably judge my questionable life choices. the mini-fridge also decided to stage a protest and only chilled things halfway.

I found the breakfast very good. There was a fair choice for evening meals! the pool area seemed very pleasant, though the food at the pool bar was very good and well priced. check-in and check-out were both efficient. entertainment on friday evening suited me well on that occasion.

the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.
