Really good Stay with Attentive Service
direct access comfortable balcony fresh juice
The room on the ground floor provided direct access to the pool area. It included well-kept furnishings and a comfortable balcony. Two sun beds and an umbrella were available for our use. Breakfast featured fresh orange juice and a varied selection of options.
The hotel charged extra for bottled water in the room after the initial complimentary bottle.

The breakfast buffet had a plentiful selection of items. Cooked offerings were prepared to a high standard. Staff consistently topped up coffee, tea, and juice . This ensured a smooth dining experience.

spacious bathroom rooftop terrace separate bath
the room included a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate bath (so convenient!). the rooftop terrace was spacious with sun loungers and a seating area. it also had a plunge pool and cabana.
the hotel charged for bottles of in-room drinking water after the first bottle (a bit stingy, in my opinion).

quick check-in tasty lunch hot omelettes
check-in was really quick. i had a tasty lunch while my bags were delivered directly to my room. breakfast includes both a buffet and hot food service, with omelettes being AMAZING!!!

friendly staff excellent location extra cost limited water
The staff were friendly and the location was excellent. Breakfast was fine.
I was disappointed that water was only provided upon arrival in the room. Afterwards, it cost extra, around €4 for 1 litre. I think this is not really a 5-star service.

the breakfast was a rather underwhelming experience considering the hotel's supposed status the buffet felt quite limited in its offerings it definitely missed the mark i thought bottled water upon arrival was provided but then i learned it was a one-time thing only after that, i needed to pay extra it seemed a bit miserly honestly
