i appreciated the wide selection at breakfast it included a chef preparing omelets and a variety of breads i also enjoyed the sea view room with a terrace it had large sliding patio doors the bed was super comfy finally the hotel organized a boat trip for me to see the caves the location is a short walk to many restaurants
the hotel lacked a personal welcome with a drink upon arrival check-in felt businesslike

the breakfast was extensive. it had lots of options, i will give them that.
i booked what i thought was a 5 star hotel, but it felt more like a 3 star. the staff seemed undertrained, they were disengaged. i found the service inconsistent. also, the mildew smell on some pillows was awful.

The lobby had a beautiful view of the dining area and the sea. Our room offered ample space and nice appointments. I had a beautiful double room, and it included a patio with a fine view. The staff was professional and efficient .
Hallways seemed long and lacking decorative elements, made navigation a bit confusing.
