The room was large and very clean. The bathroom had everything I needed including free toiletries. I found sweet treats on the bedside table EVERYDAY!!!

The location leaves MUCH to be desired. The customer service is far from what a 5-star offers. I found that staff provided a rude attitude.

amazing selection free shuttle modern room

the breakfast buffet offered an amazing selection it had something for everyone the hotel also runs a complimentary shuttle to and from the city center that was so convenient i used it every day my room was modern i loved the comfortable bed and the bathroom had good space too. the staff always offered friendly helpful advice about tours and restaurants i asked for many recommendations the service was top tier my room was very clean. i appreciated that the hotel had multiple on-site restaurants they offered different cuisines i enjoyed trying them all plus i found other good restaurants within walking distance so many options i loved that.

the elevator system was a little strange and sometimes slow i had to wait a bit especially during peak hours this was slightly inconvenient but manageable.

really good service helpful staff birthday surprise

i stayed for three nights. patricia costu at guest services helped me find a balloon shop for my husband birthday. she walked me outside the hotel to point the place. she arranged a bottle of fizz and cake for my husband birthday at the sky lounge. this hotel is amazing.
