a nice stay!
rooftop pool city views breakfast buffet aromatherapy amenities
the rooftop pool offered fine city views. the hotel breakfast buffet was delicious with plentiful options. i found the aromatherapy amenities in the room a nice touch, a real luxury. there was tasty pastel de nata too!

stationary bikes smoked salmon hotel gym
i found the gym has three treadmills. it also has two stationary bikes. the breakfast included smoked salmon and prosecco.
a charge looked that i did not recognise and it took a little time for the hotel to respond to me after i checked out.

mixed feelings about the stay
glass stains unwanted ice
the breakfast was great (especially the variety of options).
the room i got wasn't what i expected. the table had glass stains on it, and it generally didn't feel very clean. also, a waiter knocked on my door at 10 pm even though i had the "do not disturb" sign up, just to deliver ice i didn't even ask for.

the beautiful suite was very modern. the cleanliness of the room was notable. we appreciated nespresso pods being replenished daily and the local pastry gift from the front desk.. it was lovely. the rooftop pool provided a beautiful view.
i noticed electric wall switches for lights lacked labels.

staff were attentive and quick with requests. the housekeeping team was very efficient. a welcome gift including wine and pastry was waiting in the room. they prepare the room each evening with small touches.

the breakfast buffet offered a great range of food options. a variety of dietary needs were catered for. the italian restaurant offers great service and high-quality fare. there are several good dining options within a short walk.

the rooftop swimming pool offers amazing views. there is an indoor pool available. the spa area is clean and well kept with towels always available. the gym is also well kept with a nice variety of equipment.
