charmed by attention to detail!
welcome package dinner reservation attentive service
this visit charmed me. i received a lovely welcome package. margot chauveau, the guest relations agent, procured dinner reservations at a restaurant that does not take them. turndown service was attentive. i was actually surprised by sweets and a sample of local liquor left in my room.
I stayed in a suite at the end of may 2025. the internet was terrible. It often fell off. housekeeping failed to replace face towels and dish soap after servicing the room. it took 45 minutes to deliver towels when i requested them.

the breakfast buffet included a vast array of options. there is also a rooftop bar with a view of the tagus river. the hotel includes an indoor restaurant with floor to ceiling windows offering the same view.

margot chauveau was very helpful. she asked if i required anything and fulfilled my requests. the concierge team, especially daniel and alfonso, are dedicated. raphael helped plan our evenings.

The hotel features art installations throughout the lobby. I found them interesting. there is an outside pool. I did not use it. the location is central, allowing easy walking to many city attractions!

The rooms are large and beautifully decorated. my room had a comfortable bed. the turndown service tidied the room each evening. they kept the room in immaculate condition. The air conditioning worked perfectly.

Excellent Stay with minor hiccup
smooth check-in modern room latest equipment
My four-night stay featured a superb location. It was in the heart of a prosperous area. The metro station was very near. The check-in process was smooth and the room was roomy. The room was well kept, modern, clean, and comfortable. The gym had equipment easy to use. (I especially liked the boxing section.) It functioned well. Latest models were available. Apples and ample water were also available.
I arrived with high hopes. I booked a twin room. I received a queen bed on the eighth floor. The ninth floor had a disco bar. The bathroom was tiny, and the AC was noisy and didn't work. The front desk customer service was horrible.

The breakfast included conference fold-up tables. One table collapsed on a guest. The waffles were fantastic. I had to review my room charges, as there were some incorrect mini bar charges.

The room was quite a good size. It offered a river view. My one-bedroom executive suite was too close to the elevator. I heard it going up and down nightly. There were fresh treats brought daily.
