The king-sized bed in my Beautiful Double Room was comfortable. The Nespresso machine in the room provided convenient access to coffee. The walk-in shower was modern. The breakfast offered a variety of fresh fruit and warm pastries.

the location was acceptable for my needs.
i found some aspects irritating. the gym equipment was limited. only one treadmill functioned properly, a real letdown for serious fitness enthusiasts. the limited variety of machines and the poor maintenance definitely need addressing. i also overheard other guests complaining about similar issues.

the staff were helpful (especially around the pool area). they were always available and friendly. the bar and waitress staff were very polite and helpful too. it.
i was told breakfast was 35 eur per person, per day. the drinks were disgustingly priced (10 eur for a beer). some good restaurants are nearby, so i recommend going elsewhere.

Charmed by my stay

Breakfast presented many options. A real feast of fresh food everyday. The gym contained three treadmills plus two stationary bikes. The sauna I experienced was very clean. I also enjoyed my quiet moments by the pool, it had twenty loungers.
the television offered channels i don't watch.

This location offered easy access to public transportation. Bus stops exist nearby plus train stations. It made exploring convenient. The shopping center close by allowed for quick errands and browsing.

The hotel restaurant offered varied cuisines. I found the food quite tasty. Breakfast included diverse choices. The buffet style let me try many items. I think i was satisfied.

The room provided two separate sinks. Also a rainfall shower was a plus for me. The hotel offered many conveniences. I found the premises well kept. I was delighted with the service.

The breakfast included many options to choose from and really kind staff assisted me immediately. the outdoor pool was clean and beautiful, presenting a lovely view over the city. the room was cleaned every day. The restocking of water was a thoughtful touch. the bathroom was great and i really enjoyed taking a shower each day.
the front desk didn't communicate that you insert the room key in a slot to use the lights or charge the phone.

i found the gym has great equipment. i could do my full training session. the room was modern with a lot amenities.
the staff at reception was not helpful. they were not friendly and seemed poorly informed. i found the chlorine was very strong on the rooftop terrace.
