friendly staff rooftop terrace perfect pool

i was super excited about my stay. the staff were all friendly and very helpful. the hotel boasts a fantastic rooftop terrace where i had a drink. the pool and relaxation area provided a perfect spot to unwind after exploring the city.

I noticed the room felt a bit like it was in the basement. Passersby could peek in, so i mostly kept the windows closed.

the bed was comfortable ENOUGH.

I booked a Double Room Terrace View and the terrace was so small it was basically USELESS. also, the mini-bar fridge was noisy. It woke me up Several times at night. the sound insulation could be MUCH better.

The minibar was complimentary, a WONDERFUL surprise! It had soft drinks, water, snacks, and even a beer. The pool in the spa area was also lovely. It connects to the relaxation room, with a steam room and sauna.

The room cleaning was not amazing, I noticed stains on the coffee table from previous guests. The sink in the bathroom had standing water. The drain seemed blocked.

the breakfast buffet featured many options including omelettes made to order the beautiful room felt expansive i found it comfortable the mini bar had complimentary items replenished daily i appreciated this service the spa was available as part of my stay treatment costs were discounted
