The room was too small. I barely had space to open my suitcase. the location is not great either. The hotel is situated in an industrial area. the price was too high for what you get.

the 24-hour free shuttle runs frequently. this made getting to the airport early really easy. also, the staff was attentive and really helpful. it really felt wonderful for a quick transit stay.

sound proofing is not optimal and there are some airport noise when windows are open.

The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the airport. This service ran frequently and was very convenient. The reception staff was helpful with directions. My room was clean upon arrival.

The walls seemed thin. I could hear conversations from adjacent rooms. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited. The gym only had a few pieces of equipment.

The shuttle driver arrived 15 minutes late for the first pick up. This delay almost caused my mother to miss her flight. I scheduled the shuttle the previous afternoon and relied on the front desk recommendations (big mistake!).
